Ms Rina Neoh is the Co-Founder and Managing Director of FICUS Venture Capital, the first Shariah-compliant venture capital fund in Malaysia. She a seasoned serial entrepreneur, an active business investor, recognised global woman leader, education technology exponent, social entrepreneurship and sustainability advocate, entrepreneurial leadership thought leader, technology transfer and fair trade policy expert, as well as corporate citizenship and Environmental, Social and Governance advocate. Rina has more than 20 years of hands-on experience and solid track record in investing, building, growing and/or exiting successful startups and scaleups. She has held various senior executive positions (at CEO/CXO levels) and board directorships in private and public sectors across Asia Pacific.

Rina was recognised as "2024 Top Women Investing in Southeast Asia" by the Global Private Capital Association (GPCA), “Top 10 Most Inspiring Businesswomen in Singapore” by Top 10 of Asia (2015), “Top 10 Women Venture Capitalists in Singapore” by Women Founders Network (2016), “Top 8 Trailblazers Under 40’s” by The Peak Magazine (2017) and “Asia Pacific Entrepreneurial Awardee for Outstanding and Exemplary Achievements” by Enterprise Asia Singapore (2018).

Rina has an MBA from Central Queensland University and is completing her Doctoral Studies in Business Administration at the Wawasan Open University based in Penang, Malaysia.
